Air Vice Marshal Nirmal Thusu AVSM VM (Retd) was commissioned into the Indian Air Force as a Fighter Pilot and has over three decades of Operational and Administrative experience in various positions. He has served in various capacities in several high level Govt Positions overseeing a huge number of complex activities and has been instrumental in many policy decisions. He comes with a huge wealth of experience in strategic vision, human resource management and welfare. Post Retirement, he is currently the President of the Armed Forces Retired Officers Welfare Association, Bangalore and Chairman of ECHS Core Committee, TC IAF.

Col S Srikantha (Retd)

Colonel S Srikantha (Retd) was Commissioned into the Indian Army in Mar 1971 and served in the Madras Regiment and has taken part in many Operations for the country. He has served extensively in high altitude and border areas. Post retirement, he has devoted his life to welfare and philanthropic activities of Armed Forces Veterans and families. In addition, he is a member of Oversight Committee of ECHS Central Org (MOD) involved in improvement of ECHS in the country. He has been the guiding force behind “Helping Hands for ECHS” and is also the President of TSEWA (Tri-Services Ex-Servicemen Association) for Karnataka. His selfless contribution to enrichment of lives of veterans and improvement in their healthcare has been outstanding and legendary.
